Nurse Practicioner

Lyndsay graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UBC in 2012. She worked on various medical units and emergency department settings until completing the UBC Nurse Practitioner program in 2018. She worked in an emergency department in the lower mainland as a Nurse Practitioner prior to joining the Sorrento Health Centre in 2021. Lyndsay grew up in the Shuswap and is happy to return to her home town. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, making music, hiking and skiing.

Debi brings extensive experience to her position at the Sorrento clinic, including 14 years in acute care and 10 years in primary care. She has worked with underserved populations in Maine, Oregon, and Washington state.

​

Debi’s hospitalist experience ranges from small critical access rural hospitals to larger community hospitals doing admissions, rounding, discharges and managing critical care patients.

 

Outside of work, Debi is owned by her Bernese Mountain dog, and she loves to teach Alpine skiing and occasionally attempts to telemark ski. She prefers to be called Debi.

Ann-Marie graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2013 and has continued her education with advanced training in palliative care, acute and hospital care for nurse practitioners, and certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Her clinical focus is in geriatric and palliative care, alongside providing part-time primary care at the Sorrento Clinic. She brings diverse experience in public health, emergency and acute care, sexual health, and outpost nursing in Nunavut.

Outside of work, Ann-Marie enjoys hiking, running, climbing, and skiing. She completed the 4,400 km Pacific Crest Trail solo in 1998 and now enjoys sport climbing with her teenage sons.

Zan has been a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Shuswap since 2010 and became a certified Footcare Nurse in 2022. She is the owner of Toe-Tally Awesome Footcare, where she is dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their foot health.

Her services include comprehensive foot assessments, nail and skin care, treatment of common foot concerns, diabetic footcare, and personalized recommendations—all delivered using sterile equipment and finished with a relaxing lower leg and foot massage.

In clinic treatments are $45
In home treatments are $50

Medical Office Assistant

Holly returned to BC 5yrs ago after living in Alberta for many years.

She continues her career of 22+ years in Health Care with the

Sorrento Health Centre as one of the Medical Office Assistance.

​

Her spare time is spent golfing, paddleboarding and discovering the parks and beaches of the Shuswap.
